1. Grantor (Seller) of Record

2. Grantee (Buyer) of Record (Copy of last placed deed of record will be attached to report.)

3. Auditors Permanent Parcel Numbers

4. Current Auditors value for tax purposes

5. Current ½  year taxes and whether they are paid or unpaid

6. Current Assessments if any

7. All Open Mortgages of record and any assignments.

8. Federal Tax Liens if any (Copies will be attached to report)

9. Mechanics Liens if any (Copies will be attached to report)

10. Unemployment Liens if any (Copies will be attached to report)

11. Workers Compensation Liens if any (Copies will be attached to report)

12. Certificate of Judgment Liens if any (Copies will be attached to report)

13. Miscellaneous Items if any (Copies will be attached to report)
